Notes on Presidio County Commissioners Court Meeting 7/11/17, Marfa 9:30 AM

I am in France this week celebrating my parents' 50th Anniversary in Paris. I was able to transcribe the meeting by receiving a copy of the audio via email. Apologies for the margins; not sure why this happened this time.

Meeting adjourned shortly thereafter: County Atty Ponton says that he has a draft doc made up clarifying who can "speak for the City of Presidio". City will be  Admin Joe Portillo and Mayor Ferguson will be authorized.
